While much has been made of the “new” WJ - this portion of their business they have held true to. And while air travel is not always as enjoyable as it used to be, this is really the core of family travel. Thank you for making us smile (and getting teary-eyed).

Have a lot of dept to pay and even not paid last 4 months utility bills and have to pay car lease, bike lease and living in a rented house. Only I'm working. not paid school fees for 02 months. now christmas is coming very hard to find the way to celebrate...

After refunding my ticket they refuse to refund othr expenses saying weather is out of their control.Then why did they refund my ticket? SCUMBAGS..Worstjet is a terrible company!
